The more distance tears travel, the more damage they will do.
Synergies[]
- Tiny Planet: This item drastically increases the screen time of tears because it makes them orbit around Isaac for a few seconds. A Lump Of Coal adds a lot of damage to tears in "outer orbit".
- Technology: Farther targets take more damage.
- Anti-Gravity: Tears grow in size and damage the longer they are suspended in the air.
- The Ludovico Technique: Tear grows in size as they get further from Isaac.
- Brimstone: No benefit whatsoever.
- Brimstone, The Ludovico Technique: Brimstone circle gets a coal-like tint, and grows wider and more damaging the farther it is away from Isaac. In normal rooms, it can take up to half of the screen; in large rooms, it can take up a fourth of a room; while in long rooms, it will take up from top to bottom.
- My Reflection: The tears are getting bigger as longer they are in the air.
